The Monthly Sangha
An online community class every first Tuesday of the month.
This is your space to move, breathe, and belong. “Sangha” (संघ) means “community,” a place where we show up to practice, connect, and grow together. This monthly class is where we flow, clear our heads, and have some fun.
We meet on Zoom from 7-8:15pm (BST).

Dynamic Vinyasa
A vinyasa flow class with plenty of opportunity for play, balance, to go upside down (or not), twist, fold and unfold as we move through creative sequences.

Yang to Yin
This practice brings balance by exploring the energy of Yang (heat and power), as well as the energy of Yin (cooling and stillness). It’s 50% flow and 50% chill.

A gentle flow class with space to let your intuition lead—moving, breathing, and sensing what’s present before settling into stillness for a guided meditation.
