The Monthly Sangha
An online community class every first Tuesday of the month.
This is your space to move, breathe, and belong. “Sangha” (संघ) means “community,” a place where we show up to practice, connect, and grow together. This monthly class is where we flow, clear our heads, and have some fun.
We meet on Zoom from 7-8:15pm (BST).

Dynamic Vinyasa
THEME: JOY
A vinyasa flow class with plenty of opportunity for play, balance, to go upside down (or not), twist, fold and unfold as we move through creative sequences.

Yang to Yin
THEME: BALANCED
This practice brings balance by exploring the energy of Yang (heat and power), as well as the energy of Yin (cooling and stillness). It’s 50% flow and 50% chill.

Flow and Meditate
THEME: CALM
A gentle flow class with space to let your intuition lead. Moving, breathing, and sensing what’s present before settling into stillness for a guided meditation.
