Mindful moments

Short guided practices that cultivate a sense of calm and bring you back to the present moment. We’ll explore simple breathing techniques and meditations that you can join from your home, the office, even on a mindful walk. Re-awaken your senses as you attune to the intelligence of your body, mind and breath.

Why mindfulness?

  • It’s more than a tool for stress relief, it’s a tool for personal growth, deeper understanding, and connection with yourself.

  • Neuroplasticity baby — with awareness and repetition the brain transforms when we repeatedly practice a skill.

  • Quiet the chatter of the mind and anchor into the here and now so you can process your present moment experience.

  • Unhook from unhealthy habits and rewire your mind for emotional balance.

  • Build resilience and patience with yourself and become less reactive when challenges arise.

  • Harness the brains positive capacity for change and live your beautiful life.

Box breathing

A balanced breath technique to help you quiet your mental chatter and guide you to a state of ease. We inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold for 4. This practice is short and sweet just under 5 minutes. Find a space where you can sit comfortably, relax and tune in undisturbed. Notice the effects of the practice even after a few rounds.

Guided meditation

Our emotions colour our experience of life, they create added dimensions for us to experience moment to moment. In this short meditation you’re invited to notice what is here, give space to sit with the feelings, and move away from the story in the mind.
