Payment

By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the conditions on this page.

A €250 deposit secures your place on the retreat. Payments can be made by bank transfer or debit/credit card. If you would prefer to arrange a payment plan, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Final balances are due 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat. If payment has not been received by this date, Charley reserves the right to cancel your booking and offer your place to someone else, and you will forfeit your deposit. If you think you may have difficulty meeting the payment deadline, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your place, please let Charley know as soon as possible. If your place can be filled, Charley will do her best to refund your payments.

If your place cannot be filled, the following refund policy applies:

  • More than 6 weeks before: full refund, minus an €80 cancellation fee

  • 6–2 weeks before: 50% refund

  • Less than 2 weeks before: no refund

Insurance:

You participate in the yoga, movement, meditation, excursions and other retreat activities at your own risk. It is your responsibility to have insurance that covers you in these activities. You are also responsible for letting Charley know about any injuries, limitations or other relevant considerations that may affect your participation.

Charley is not responsible for injury, loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

Please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, travel disruption, personal belongings and other unexpected circumstances.

Changes by Charley:

Charley may need to make changes to the retreat, such as class times, activities or the programme. Every effort will be made to communicate any significant changes in advance.

In the unlikely event that Charley needs to cancel the retreat, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a refund of payments made towards the retreat, or the option to transfer your payment to another retreat where possible.

Charley cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred in preparation for the retreat, including travel, accommodation, loss of work or other personal expenses.
