A half-day experience curated by Original Feelings at the Friends of Friends space.
An invitation to explore how small, intentional practices can gently shape the way we feel, move, and live. Together, we move through a sequence of breath, movement, stillness, and sound - creating space for something to land, to repeat, and to stay.
We begin with pranayama led by Leanne, arriving through breath and soft awareness. From there, we move into a dynamic yoga flow with Lulu - steady, rhythmic, and grounding. Charley will then guide us into meditation, followed by a quiet routine-setting moment, where you take time in silence to reflect and write down the small rituals you want to carry with you.
This intention is then held and deepened through a gong bath by one and only Klaudia Lewi, allowing everything to settle, integrate, and resonate through the body.
A morning to return to yourself, to create something simple and lasting, to remember that routine can be a form of care.
